My capabilities fall into two broad categories: arboriculture and landscape design.
As a Certified Arborist, I provide tree assessments, surveys, and reports to municipal, developmental, and residential clients. Other services include:
- Oak preservation
- Disease and pest diagnosis
- Tree preservation during construction or development, and
- Specialty and artisan pruning.
As a designer, I specialize in landscapes tailored to suit both the needs of each individual client, and consideration of the site. Plants are selected based on the personal tastes of the people involved, plant care requirements, and environmental factors such as soil, climate, and sun exposure. The idea is to create a thriving garden that brings joy to its owners!

- California native and Mediterranean plants
- Drought resistance
- Selection of edible and fruiting plants
